Lloyd Flanders Lloyd Flanders Wicker 48" Round Glass Patio Dining Table with Umbrella Hole is part of the Lloyd Flanders product line and made from wicker material. This wicker dining table features a wide selection of rich paint frame finishes.Lloyd/Flanders® patented a process of weaving cellulose strands into wicker fabric and later has advanced the original technology producing a continuous strand that will not burr, crack or peel resulting in a consistency smooth weave. Each strand in the fabric’s warp is a constructed of twisted cellulose fibers immersed in glue to prevent unraveling. In the welt, the strands are reinforced with aluminum wire for added strength and resilience. Following the weaving process, the wicker is completely submersed in a resin elusion and headed forming a flexible coating which provides protection from moisture. The wicker is then contoured over a sturdy aluminum frame and is completed with a special Durium® finish ensuring years of use.In 1985, Lloyd/Flanders introduced the first all-weather wicker furniture to the casual furniture industry with its Heirloom line. As the category of all-weather wicker grew, Lloyd/Flanders maintained it's category leadership and expanded its furniture offerings to include the new synthetic hand made wicker products being manufactured off shore.
